Connect a Typeform account so Adduce reads the free-text answers people give your forms and turns each one into evidence.
Adduce reads the answers people type into your Typeform forms, and makes one piece of evidence out of each one.

Before you begin
- Role: project Editor or Lead. A workspace Admin is a lead on every project.
- In Typeform: permission to create a personal token.
- To hand: the data center your account is on, a personal access token, and — if you want only some forms — their IDs.
- Time: five minutes.
What Adduce reads

Rating, score and multiple-choice answers are skipped. Only what someone wrote in their own words becomes evidence.

The catalog's own help says it plainly: the token needs read scopes for forms and responses. No write scope is requested.
Steps
In Typeform, open Settings → Personal tokens and create a token with read access to forms and responses. Copy it once.
If you only want some forms read, collect their IDs. A form's ID is the code in its edit URL after /form/.
In Adduce, open the project, choose Sources, then Add source, and choose the Typeform tile.
On Connection details, name the source, pick the Data center, and paste the personal access token.
Leave Forms empty to read every form the token can see, or paste a comma-separated list of form IDs to read only those.
Choose Continue. Adduce calls Typeform with the token before saving anything, so a token from the other data center is refused here. The result says whether the connection was made.
First sync and cadence
The first sync reads every response each targeted form holds. After that Adduce syncs once a day at 03:00 UTC, and Sync now runs one immediately. Each form is remembered separately, so adding a form to the list later backfills that form alone and leaves the others where they were.
Typeform limits how fast its API may be called, so a form with many thousands of responses takes a while. A single sync stops after ten thousand responses from one form and warns; the newest window is always read first, so nothing recent is missed.
Disconnect or replace credentials
Delete the source from its page and type its name to confirm. Deleting removes the evidence it produced. To rotate the token, delete the source and add it again; the next sync reads every response afresh.
If it did not work
Why was my token rejected?
A Typeform personal access token begins tfp_, and Adduce refuses anything else before it makes a call. If the shape is right and Typeform still rejects it, the Data center is wrong — an EU account must pick EU.
Why did one form produce nothing?
A deleted form, or one the token cannot see, is skipped and its place is kept; the run itself only fails when every form fails. A form that produced nothing usually has only rating or choice questions, which are not read.
Why does a piece of evidence link to the whole form rather than the answer?
Typeform has no address for a single response, so the link goes to the form's results page. The evidence still carries the question the answer belongs to.
