Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions people ask most about Adduce, each one pointing at the page or the public FAQ that carries the detail.

Answers shared with the public FAQ link back to it.

What can I connect Adduce to?

Twenty-five integrations — nineteen sources and six destinations, three of them not choosable yet; the A–Z lists every one with its status.

How does billing work?

Seats are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, as the public FAQ says, and Billing has the rest.

Can we cap what a person spends?

Yes: an admin sets a Token cap per member, and requests stop at it rather than overrunning it — Members, and the public FAQ.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes, from Settings → Billing, which the public FAQ and Billing both cover.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted for 30 days, so you can still export or start a plan again, as the public FAQ says.

What is in a brief?

A recommendation, the reasoning, and the verbatim evidence under it — Briefs, and the public FAQ.

Who is Adduce for?

Product and growth teams who need to know what changed without opening every tool, as the public FAQ puts it.

Does Adduce write anything back to my tools?

Only to destinations you set up; every source is read-only (Send data out).

Why was my connection rejected?

The result screen carries a code naming the cause — Connection failed.

What can a Member do?

Nothing at workspace level, and inside a project only what their project role allows (Roles).

Who can see a project?

The people added to it, and every workspace admin (Add people).

How long is my data kept?

Four clocks on four subjects, listed together in Security and data.

How do I get a copy of everything?

Ask for an export in Settings → General (Export).
